Leap Year

Leap year Andy Inglot mortgage broker, number 8 on the roster I found this simple explanation on why we have Leap Year with extra day in February,  The year 2008 is a special leap year. If you look at a 2008 calendar, you will see that February 2008 has five Fridays–the month begins and ends on a Friday. The next this will happen it will be in 2036. Using a calendar with 365 days every year would result in a loss of 0.2422 days, or almost six hours per year. After 100 years, this calendar would be more than 24 days ahead of the season (tropical year), which is not desirable or accurate. It is desirable to align the calendar with the seasons and to make any difference as insignificant as possible In order to stay the course, financial and housing market needs adjustment too, so it will reflects market condition, pace of economy and true value of public corporations, bonds, goods and services. The difference between those two adjustments is expectation. Leap year is expected and predicable. Unfortunate for housing and financial market however predictable, adjustment comes and lasts unannounced.  During those times, what we can do is adapt and adjust our way of doing business, which my 10 min presentation will be all about.
